Journaling Your Desires

A great way to start manifesting is with journaling, or a trendier way it may be referred to is “scripting.” Scripting is essentially a way of manifesting by writing. When you are scripting you are basically writing down things that you are wishing to bring into existence in your life. Journaling is a wonderful practice in itself, whether it is for scripting your projected desired reality, or just journaling your daily thoughts down.  

Countless experts across numerous other books and courses recommend journaling as a way of not only putting onto paper your wishes and desires, but as a way of stress relief. The benefits actually extend beyond manifesting or stress relief and can help to start to make steps towards goals in addition to help stay organized and focused.  Do you already keep a journal or diary? Then you are ahead of the game and well on your way to your path of desire! 

Within the practice of scripting (or writing-to-manifest) are several methods that take it a step further. One such method is the 5/55 method. This method has you write down what your main goal is 55 times each day for 5 days. 

Another method is the Nikola Telsa’s 3-6-9 method. This method has you write down your main goal 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening. The number of days you give it depends on where you are sourcing your method from – some say to do it 33 days, some have tried it for a week and noticed a shift.
