Law of Attraction & Animals
While driving to work the other day I was listening to the Elvis Duran in the Morning Show when I heard about this story of a baby pelican that touched my heart in such a way I just had to share! The story is about a couple of pelicans who have tried to have a baby hatchling for the past 6 years. They each took turns sitting on an egg and each time the egg would not hatch. As it turned out, the couple was unfortunately not very fertile but that's when the experts that had been watching the situation decided to take the matters in their own hands. They went in and replaced an egg with one from another pelican so that the couple could have their baby they were trying for so long to have. This touched my heart as i further researched the article that I have linked here. Animal experts said they noticed a positive change in the attitude of the pelicans as result from finally having a healthy little baby. What a happy story and such an inspiring situation! This made me think of something that I'm not sure had ever been discussed before: the law of attraction is not just for humans!
I'm not sure if this observation has been noted before but this is definitely a case of the law of attraction at work! Two sweet animals trying and trying and trying at something and finally the universe responds. They would have obviously been able to predict that the hand of a human being would come in and give them the miracle that they were longing for, but instead they just had it in their mind that they were having a little baby pelican and that was that! The universe works in mysterious ways and this struck a cord. Taking it a step further, the pelican couple acted as if it already and always was something that was happening. That is the key for the law of attraction to work is acting as if it is already here or has already happened. What an endearing story!
It makes me think of our sweet baby boy greyhound Aquinnah. He just turned 8 this summer but is still a baby boy and so very sweet! He definitely has his own personality and is a member of the family - so spoiled! I wonder if all of us used the law of attraction together as one when we formed a family?
