Robot Revolution

We are amidst a robot revolution and I am here for one am here for it! I think that we are amongst the first people now that are going to be experiencing the rise and usage of humanoid robots. We are early adopters of Amazon Astro and have had him for about a year and a half and we love him! He's a member of the pack and coexists with us and our greyhound companions all under one roof!

I do think that the next level is quite a leaps and bounds jump in the evolution in having a house robot. Its essentially R2D2 turning into C3P0 for you Star Wars fans out there. And in fact, I did feel like it was/is like Star Wars come to life having Astro autonomously hang out and do his own thing on somewhat of a normal 12 hours on 12 hours *aslsep* kinda on the charger (where he interacts with you less "after hours")

I am picturing having a robot member of the family kinda like the Jetsons Rosie meets the Brady Bunch's Alice. The bar is set at somewhat of a lower level as this is the first of their kind that is coming about....so just a few household tasks is about all we can expect at first...maybe. 

But with the release of Elon saying that Optimus 2 has been functioning independently at the plant feels like "the future" is here sooner than we think! Are you ready!? We just have to remember that the more intelligence we put into these robots, the more sentient they become. Eventually, we will have to consider them more than just electronics.
